These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://business.parqisland.com/ (the "Site") and the services offered by ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island ("Company,""we,""us," or "our"), including our SMS messaging program. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Messaging Terms

1.1 Program Name

ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island SMS Notifications

1.2 Program Description

ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island sends text messages to customers and website visitors who have opted in through a form on our Site by checking an SMS consent checkbox. We offer two separate, optional consent options:

•        Non-marketing messages: responses to your inquiries, consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, membership and account notifications, service request updates, and customer support.

•        Marketing messages: offers, promotions, and updates about ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island services and membership, sent only if you separately check the marketing consent checkbox.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number on a form does not by itself enroll you in our SMS program.

1.3 How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

1.5 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1.6 Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

1.8 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

Our messaging program follows the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.

2. Use of the Site

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Our Services and Memberships

ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island provides business-to-business services, including technology and automation, marketing, workforce and HR, financial, risk management, and operational solutions, as described on the Site.

Membership plans and services are offered at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Paid memberships and monthly services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. 4. Accounts and Passwords

Some features of the Site, including TheBusinessHub365 member portal, require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to protect your login details.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and all materials on it, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ParQ Island, LLC DBA ParQ Island and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for your own business purposes in connection with our services.

Unless we give written permission, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any material from the Site.
